  • Call selling agencies to set up appointments for viewings
  • Accompany you to property viewings and provide you with our experienced advice to take the emotion out of the equation and frankly point out the pros and cons of each property
  • Bid and negotiate on your behalf to achieve not only the best price but also the most favorable terms and conditions
  • Help you navigate through local laws, regulations and procedures
  • Research important items such as the foundation, land lease/erfpacht, VVE/Owners association documents and financing, Splitsingsakte, Milieufax/environmental reports, woonbestemming/zoning, huishuidelijkregelments, sleutelverklarings, and much more…
  • Accompany you to the notary to sign the purchase contract (koopakte)
  • Work with your hypotheker/mortgage broker to ensure deadlines are met
  • Arrange the taxatie/appraisal for the mortgage when necessary
  • Provide you information and access to our wide range of service providers such as builders, painters, designers, architects, lawyers, notaries, mortgage brokers, taxateurs, movers, surveyors, home inspectors, etc… who speak English and meet the high expectations of our clients
  • Accompany you to the property for the final inspection and meter readings
  • Accompany you again to the notary for the closing and key exchange
  • Answer any follow-up questions and issues even once the deal is complete. We do not forget about you once the deal is done!
