From the entrance you already feel at home. It invites you to enter the open living kitchen area where you can host great homecooked dinners with help of the fully equipped Chef’s kitchen including a 6 gas burner stove, a great size oven, dishwasher, microwave, professional coffee machine, Villeroy and Boch crockery and more…The two seats in the monumental window, offer a relaxing place from where you can enjoy a ‘Prinsengracht’ canal view.
One flight up brings you to a second living area which is divided in a front room with again a higher up canal view (with a desk and 34 inch monitor ideally suited to WFH) and a back room, where you have a comfortable couch and a cosy gas fire place. Also the outside patio is located at the rear. If you open the doors to the patio, it offers a serene outside feel. A laundry room is on this same floor with a washing machine and a dryer.
On the upper floor of the building you find the two good sized bedrooms, one with a large 2-person bed, a walk-in closet and extra storage space in the attic. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds.
In the surrounding area you find the famous “nine streets” where you have unique shopping boutiques, coffee places and high end restaurants. The house proudly overlooks the 5 star Pullitzer Hotel, which is just across the ‘Prinsengracht canal’.
For the full Amsterdam experience you should try a bike ride. At least 2 x Bikes are available to be used - a great way to experience the neighbourhood and show you are an Amsterdammer and not a tourist! (Organic) supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, pastry shops and fresh markets are all within close walking distance.
Around the corner you find several tram lines that go straight to Amsterdam Central Station, The South and West side of the city.
