Charles Grayson Owner

I am a native English speaker (from the USA) with more than 27 years’ experience in Real Estate including more than 17 years in The Netherlands. I graduated from Tufts University and lived in Boston, MA, West Hartford, CT and Washington, DC before moving to Amsterdam in 2003. After working for a year at a Dutch real estate agency focused on the Expat market while taking Dutch language classes and Inburgeringscursus, I moved on to Perfect Housing to set-up and create Perfect Real Estate where I was the Director. After more than 3 successful years and many satisfied clients, I decided to start my own agency in the heart of the Jordaan (in the center of Amsterdam) and in early 2008, 27 House Real Estate / 27 Huis Makelaars was born.

When I am not working, I love to play tennis, ski, travel and spend time with my family including 3 children and a dog.

Yvonne van Luijk

I have been active in real estate since 2000 and I completed my studies and certification in 2005.

I truly love my job, after all, what can be more fun than to help house hunters find the home of their dreams? I also love when a home owner who wants to sell his/her house, gives me their trust to sell their house for the best price! Both cases are of course a question of trust and confidence, but the best deal is made by the broker who will show a potential buyer how a property has worked for the previous owner and how it will work for them as well... These are among the main reasons I went into real estate.

In addition, I am active with managing Owners Associations (VvEs) throughout Amsterdam. In this way I am uniquely experienced and able to best advise clients about potential risks and issues in this area. In Amsterdam there is much to know about the laws and rights associated with property and I can guide a buyer to the ins and outs as well as tell them about their rights when joining a VvE when purchasing an apartment.

Roos Pham Rental Team Leader

My name is Roos Pham, born and raised in The Hague, but originally Vietnamese. I moved to Amsterdam in 2004 to start a degree in International business, for which I also studied in Paris for 6 months at the Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci. Settling in a new country, looking for a home, speaking a different language: It was all part of a fantastic experience. The real estate world has always appealed to me, so I chose to do a Business Development internship at a real estate agency in Amsterdam, where I discovered the ins and outs of this business. After finishing my studies I took a job as a Rental Specialist at Perfect Housing where I gained a lot of experience with great pleasure. I exchanged the field service for the back office and started as a (Senior) Commercial Assistant after I had my 2 children. I took care of all rental documents, administration and was the contact person for tenants and landlords. In this position I learned a lot about tenancy law. I have been working as a Rental Specialist for 27 Huis Real Estate since 2015 and I am happy to represent our enthusiastic rental.

Elwin van Dulst

I earned my real estate broker’s certification in 2009 and started working as a real estate agent in het Gooi. I then spent four years as an expat in Paris, and moved to Amsterdam in 2015 where I’ve been working in real estate ever since. My favorite areas include the Jordaan, the Canal belt, Oud-Zuid and the Zuidas. I am a lifelong learner who loves to read, and besides real estate I have a passion for psychology, history and technology.

Anna de Groot

My name is Anna de Groot and I’ve been living in Amsterdam since 2014. After having lived in different properties throughout the city, I decided to translate my passion for the Amsterdam housing market into a job in real estate. Because of my commercial experience working for companies in different sectors, I was offered a chance to join the team at 27 House Real Estate.

As an office manager, I support our realtors in their day-to-day work and spend most of my time managing our schedule and making sure all parties are well informed and the files are well organized. In the meantime, I am also studying to obtain my KRMT-certification in order to become a realtor myself in the future.In my free time I enjoy photography and travelling the world. Seeing as many beautiful places in the world always inspires me, but also reminds me of how nice it is to live in Amsterdam!
